Y’all need to pickup a calculator or something because my 6 year old could write better programming and stats than these people!!! Great way to make people dump all their money into a game just to have it taken because none of the algorithms make any sense. If you would like a game to play and enjoy at the same time, go to super cell, they actually want people to play their games and have fun too!!!

I wish you had the option when upgrading walls you could use either Red Mercury or the Supplies, other than that fantastic game.

The servers were down for about a week and all I come back to is the same old game I wanted the developers to take some advice but I guess there sigma powers have faded

Server issue for days now. Lost my base lvl 10 in my last phone transfer. Now I can't even get in. Been playing this game at least 10 years. Used to be fun back in the day but now it's just dead. Devs won't respond for anything. Don't waste your time on this. Thanks to all the homies I met along the way 🫡

It’s has been 5 years not been updated and now in the loading screen it’s saying that there’s a server error and it’s not your fault try again and can someone please resolve this issue ASAP and please update the app ASAP to the latest version because it’s been five years since the last update and there’s a lot of bugs issues that is giving me the error message in the loading screen.

No updates in past 5 yrs and know I have been able to login for the past 3 days. Keeps saying “uh oh, not your fault. Server error try again “

This games a joke, I keep trying to upgrade my base and troops but keep getting attacked for my resources so I’m stuck and I can’t attack anybody because my troops are to weak

I have been away from this game for a few years, I have come back in the last two months to find there is no customer service nor will the developers answer. Emails to speak to you. It seems this game is still running on algorithms from before the year 2020 they collect money it appears for upgrades in this game. I don’t think I will stay with it any longer. Some serious changes need to be put into play.

This is a Pay to win game. I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and about to delete it. I’ve never spent money on it. Graphics are good, Gameplay is good, matchmaking is horrible. There is no reason a lvl 6 base should be matched against lvl 10 (maxed out) base. Updates are far and few between and the support is non-existent. I enjoy the game and the gameplay, but the matchmaking is killing it.

I am done with this game. No customer service, no support, too many players cheating with XMOD, BOTS and other various cheats and the game owners don’t care. So I have played for years when my phone broke. Now the base won’t transfer to my new one cause their codes don’t work. That had me mad in itself so I stopped playing. Came back a year later to play and there is no customer service at all. So I started a new base and began to rebuild. Here we go again. The base pairing is ridiculous because it will pair you with bases way above your level with the hopes you get frustrated and spend real money on power cells to advance yourself. I’m not doing that again. To upgrade anything in the base you have to have the patience of a GOD to wait. If not guess what…spend money and get the upgrades done for free. Every which way you turn they have designed the game to force you to spend money or not play the game. The game is too expensive and too outdated. How it’s still active with members is beyond me. It’s no longer excited, nothing is new (and it’s been ongoing for over 8 years with nothing and I mean absolutely nothing new) and it’s still the same things. I’m sure this game will be non-existent soon. It’s stagnant and I don’t spend any money in the game. I’d rather dump my money into playing Clash of Clans then this dump of a game.

My old device broke and i got a new device to play this game on all the same logins and such all my games transferred their data successfully but i lost all the progress i had because open trying to utilize the cloud save which accurately showed my bases level but upon selecting that save to play on… It had me start from THE VERY BEGINNING i tried reloading the cloud save several times assuming it was a onetime issue but no every time i tried to re load my progress it never transferred so if you wish to enjoy this game make sure to never uninstall it or get a new device

This game glitched on my save for some odd reason after not playing it for a while and when I tried to restore my old save which was a lvl 9 base put me back at the beginning with a lvl 1 base and still shows me my old save but it still puts me at a lvl 1 base and I have a iPhone and I’ve never had this happen except on this one app tried that support site which doesn’t work so no luck on that

They allow harassment. The game is fun but if you have any issues with the game or with some people in the game the will do nothing about it . All they care about is money.

NO SUPPORT, absolutely none, in this game. No matter what you ask, there is an automated reply, but nobody responds…ever. Having said that, the game is engaging and fun. At the start you will probably want to spend a few bucks for a kickstart, but then, you can play without spending more, if you are very, VERY, patient, because upgrading buildings and troops take a very long time if you don’t spend more cash.

Could be a good game. Addictive despite some areas of terrible game balance.. easily fixable…if the developer cared. But there is no support for anything. There is zero response to inquiries and it has been that way for at least two years.

I love This means war! And I’ve been playing for years but I don’t like how long it takes to upgrade and build. And just the one other thing is that they should put you with other players of the same command center and not rank to have you fight against in multiplayer battles. But other than those two things, the game is awesome and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I like that game but their are couple of things that are annoying. First thing is when playing with a strong network suddenly there was an ERROR then when I refresh it sometimes I loose trophies and sometimes the does not complete the victory or the game. Please if the creator can fix that lag. Second thing that creator is doing this game impossible to upgrade, gather resources, high amount of money for upgrading each building. If they can only make it lower or make it easy to gather resources would be more fun. Third thing is that when defending high amount of people’s troops upgrade and defending and they are defeating me. Can you lower, or make the same trophies same attacking and defending so it can be fair. THANKS

I have been a fan for years, but all that changed in a flash! Got a new iPad and to my surprise I was downgraded from 10 back to 1. The cloud had my handle correct but it did nothing only stating that I had no account. Beware out there when switching to another electronic device.

The game is fun, there is something for everyone! Raid competitions with excellent rewards is nice, base building and strategy, destroy bases for medals to win Total Domination, command league to get more resources! You have to put some time into it but it’s well worth it 👍👍👍

Bought some items with real cash. They had a system issue after few days and all my bought items disappeared. Contacted them through email, they never got back to me and never gave me back my bought items.

This game hasnt seen an update in as long as I can remember , it’s very fun until you can’t win tournaments because of cheaters , there’s no devs that care about the game anymore , it could be something amazing today but fell off.

There should be a option to copy someone’s base so we don’t have to recreate it bit by bit

I loved this game from years ago and was probably the 100th to play it. I loved this game because of the troops I liked their style and such. I played this about when I remember I think 5 years ago when I was younger. I used to just farm and sometimes attack I saw that the #1 player was at the base level of 13 or so and I played the game everyday and I still remember this game as one of my top favorite games to exist! Just keep updating it and make it look cooler and cooler! Also I am in a time zone where it’s about 5PM

I used to play this game over 3 years ago and I was really into it, but it was a constant pain to have to be on the game and lose all your winnings or buy protection. So I stopped playing it. I came back to have some fun having to deal with this covid-19 isolation and this game has gotten worse. It lets you get attack often, not allowing you to be able to store up units to do upgrades.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I played this game for about 2-3 years. When you start off it is challenging and fun. No matter what you do, you will get to a point where you can no longer upgrade (anything), increase your trophies etc. without spending money. I haven’t spent a penny on this game nor will I. Their customer service (or lack of) won’t even answer concerns or questions. Many glitches! I can’t even tell you when there was an update or even a power balance. Don’t even start the game unless you’re going to spend money on it.

I love this game and I’ve been playing for years and I switched to playing on iphone and apparently I cannot connect the game with Facebook to play against friends and i don’t know if it’s cause I’m playing on iPhone or cause it just don’t work and I would really like it if you can help me with that problem

The attacking system in this game has a couple flaws. Scaling is completely broken, as there are a bunch of superhumans that can’t die. Bunkers are always as strong as your army which makes it impossible to win unless you’re stronger than the person you’re attacking. And that’s what has happened! I only get attacked by people who are 900 times stronger than me, and the matchmaking only pairs me with people who are 900 times stronger than me. Either buff attacking troops, nerf bunkers severely. And fix scaling Akon with matchmaking. According to many previous reviews, the team does not reply to criticism. So with that, I quit this game until true change arrives

Starting around late 2014-15 I picked up ‘This Means War!’ after seeing it featured all over the App Store as ‘developer recommended’ game. The concept of an attritional game blew my mind, ultimately capturing my attention for quite awhile. From the tiny details of cosmetic features that came with upgrading units/buildings to the satisfaction of decimating a base to 100%, the fun never ceased to amaze me. Until, the problems begun to unfold. Grinding back then felt like a challenge. A challenge that forced players to either dedicate time or money into the game, in order to maintain a dominant presence on the battlefield. Some players, who were skilled enough, utilize various tactics and skills that lead to their many victories, while other players used their ITunes account, or paychecks, to get an edge on their opponents. Nonetheless, the victor was always determined of both sides of the player base. Reflecting back now, to this game’s current state, it’s obvious now that those times are beyond what they were. The game is too broken to play, at this state, with zero help from support, or TapZen, the game is a barren wasteland, with top tier players picking on lower tier level players, due to the broken medal count, that determines your skill level, based upon how many medals you’ve obtained. Or the current meta of ‘spam-your-troops-in-a corner-to-force-your-way-into-a-base-then unload-every-single-unit-you-have-till-they-all die’ strat. This game, ‘was’ fun. I wouldn’t recommend playing this game now, in its current form, as you’ll run into the many problems most people have complained about in other reviews. -0PERÆT0R
